This is a video I shot as a "Passenger" in
my Father's 1946 Fairchild F-24 airplane.
On this flight, I was in the co-pilot's
seat, and it was a real treat to over-fly
Six Flags Great Adventure. Of course
back in the mid 90's, mainstream
camcorders were analog tape, and ours
was a SONY 8mm with 12X Optical Zoom.
Our model cam-corder did not have the
Image Stabilization option, though some of
the higher end models did.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this look back
at Great Adventure's tree-covered
landscape and selection of rides from the
not-so-distant past.
