After our entry into the Danville, PA
area, I flew one circle around the airport
here so I could see which direction the
wind was from.
I noted the wind was blowing from the
east and that there were no aircraft
present in the traffic pattern. As we
continued in a counter-clockwise direction,
we could see the town to our right, and a
bridge spanning the Susquehanna river,
leading directly into the town itself.
